Logos & Branding Projects

Logo and Branding Portfolio

These are a few of the logo's I have created in the last few years.

As part of your new Logo design, I can also add business card design, stationary (both digital and print), brochures, flyers and other printed materials you can use to promote your products and services.

Logos start from $750 + gst and take around 2-3 weeks to develop. Before I start a logo design I do need you to complete a logo/branding design questionaire about your business, your business style and your own likes and dislikes. The average logo design cost is around $940 + gst. For this you get 3 different options based on your questionaire and our conversation and 2 revisions to the design you choose.

Please get in touch and I will be please to quote a brand new logo for you or check out the FAQ's below.

Logo And Branding Questions

Got a question? We’re here to help.

  • Do I have to choose a logo?

No you don't, however no refunds will be given if you don't choose a logo I have designed. I will of course work with you prior to even starting on the design to ensure we are both on the same page with regard to your likes, dislikes and style. Once I have started designing  the project is non refundable.

  • Why does it cost so much?

A logo is the main representation of your business that prospective clients will see. I complete a detailed questionaire and consultation process with you prior to starting and supply rough sketches of my idea's before we proceed past the initial stage. Once we agree on styles, colors, fonts etc I spend hours designing 3 options for you to choose from. There is a LOT of time involved in branding development.

  • What's the payment schedule?

I will provide a quote to you after you've completed the initial design questionaire. To accept that quote you will need to pay 30% of the quote upfront.

This deposit is completely non refundable. Once that is paid I will go through a more indepth conversation with you that covers a much more detailed design brief.

Once that brief is completed I then provide 3 very rough design idea's for you to view. If we both seem to be on the same page and you want to move forward, you pay the balance of the quote less 10% and I start my design process. Once we have a logo you love, the final 10% is payable prior to files being released from Geek Queen.

  • How long does it take?

Typically a new logo design takes 2-3 weeks, however this time frame can only be adhered to if you provied the original questionaire as requested and make yourself available for an immediate more indepth brief with me. You will also have to be available during the design process to critique and comment on revisions as we go.

  • What files do I get?

I will provide Adobe Illustrator, EPS & PDF files for your printer and web png versions for you to use immediately. The Illustrator. PDF and EPS files should be copied and stored separately for safe keeping. While I do save client files myself, after a decade I can't guarantee I will still have them so please care for these properly.

Logo and Branding Examples

Gold Coast Travel Co

A logo and branding packaged designed for a new Gold Coast travel blog. The owner wanted to reflect the colors of the region with something bright and instantly recognisable as the Gold Coast.

Zimbabwe Tour Guide

This tour guide wanted a logo to reflect not just Zimbabwe but Africa as well. I was impressed with his love for his country and then noticed that Zimbabwe is actually heart shaped which is where this logo started.

Paramao Root Oil

Sourced from a particular plant in Indonesia, Paramao Root Oil can help with pain releif and pain symtoms. This logo was designed primarily with colors in mind. The owner wanted it to be very "natural" in style and with their tag line included.

Limitless Women

Designed with strong but feminine colors, the lotus represents a calming sense, with the arrow designed to impress that the sky is in fact the limit for my clients own Limitless Women!

Marine Air Flow

A local Gold Coast company that is manufacturing and shipping engine room ventilation equipment worldwide, Marine Air Flow wanted a logo that reflected the "air" that is core to their product range and a little bit of green for their environmental values.

Bright & Shade

This light and lamp shade designer wanted something simple but that also made it perfectly clear what her business was. I had a great time with this logo and am very pleased with the outcome.

Clean Juice Australia

A Queensland developed natural organic citrus based cleaning product deserved a logo that was instantly recognisable and with colors that reflected its principles. Orange citrus, blue for crisp cleaning & green for its organic qualities.

The Village Vintage

Designed to reflect the vintage and custom quality of products found and sold by The Village Vintage, this logo went through a few iterations, however the mono tones and the stamp style appealed to the owner and I think this really feels like a vintage logo.

Scanco Digital

Unfortunately this client no longer runs his business, but this remains one of my favourite logos. His business was scanning photos and negatives into digital format and he wanted to reflect both the film aspect and the digital aspect of what he did. I'm very proud of this logo &  I think it says everything about his business.

Scanco Digital Logo

Coverskinz

Selling adhesive removable covers for phones and ipods, this business closed when phone covers became more about protection and less about fun. Regardless of the fact they are no longer operating I this this logo showcases the options and styles of their products amazingly well.

The Web Academy

This branding was designed for a website that will be dedicated to offering website development education to everyday citizens. The client wanted something that implied education but not anything that would appear daunting to possible visitors. An owl is the ultimate "wise" icon and that's where we started.

Help With Your Hair Logo

Help With Your Hair

Designed for a blog that covers all things hair, instructions for this logo were that it wasn't to appear too feminine and it also must be in non traditional colors. I created 2 versions of this logo and the client loved both. Phew!
